Teacher Support

Supporting the people who spend their days supporting others.

Teaching can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Teacher support offers a space to step away from the expectations of the classroom, process what you’re carrying, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, boundaries, challenging relationships, or simply feeling stretched thin, this is a space to slow down, reflect, and feel supported.

What Sets MeApart

Experience That Understands the Whole Picture

With years of experience in education, I have taught, led teams, directed successful summer camps and youth programs, and created supportive environments where children, families, and educators could thrive.

This firsthand experience informs my work with teachers, parents, and families—bringing a deeper understanding of the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with caring for others.

Grounded in real experience, not just theory.

Healing begins with understanding the whole story.

I believe each person is shaped by their experiences, relationships, environment, and the seasons of life they move through. My approach creates space to explore the deeper layers of who you are and what you need to feel more connected and balanced.

Because meaningful change begins with being truly seen.

Creating Meaningful Spaces

Connection has always been at the heart of my work.

Throughout my career, I have created spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected—from educational programs and community gatherings to therapeutic conversations.

Whether in a therapy session, a Coffee Talk, or a shared experience, my goal is to create a space where people can slow down, reflect, and feel a sense of belonging.
