Together we will create a safe and judgement free space for you to feel empowered and supported moving forward.
I approach these sessions holistically , often incorporating different healing modalities from breathwork techniques to mindful meditation practices. I will help you to recognize and resolve problematic beliefs, behaviors, relationship issues, feelings, physical responses, to ultimately gain a deeper awareness of self.
These sessions are 50 minutes long, and scheduled following an initial consultation with me.

Conscious Parent Mentorship

Learn to dance through all the different developmental stages your child goes through!
These coaching sessions are designed for you to reset and build your parenting tool kit. Learning to lead with curiosity and openness, we will look at you and your family’s specific needs, learn more in depth about childhood development stages, and gain confidence as a parent in order to put you back on your best parenting track.
Mentorship includes initial getting to know you’s, bi-weekly “Check In’s”, and personalized plans for you and your family.

Sessions are 30 minutes, and will take place in person or via Zoom.

About Breathwork
Breathwork is the practice of using Conscious Connected Breath, a specific breathing technique. It is an active form of meditation that when used in a safe and intentional setting, can be used to:
reduce stress and self doubt
unlock innate healing abilities to mange pain and recharge your energy
access deep relaxation and meditation
clear negative thought patterns
enhance your spiritual practice
